Wallpaper. It's on my list of pet peeves.
And it's all finally coming down in our house.
Ten years and two kids later.
Who invented this sticky, gloppy, gross mess? There seems to be no good way to get it off (and yes, it seems we've tried most of them). So our verdict is just fabric softener and hot water. It works better for us anyway-30 minutes here, and hour there.....
So eventually we will have it all down. Then we patch, sand & prep the walls for paint. We'll have the half bath, foyer, and kitchen all to paint. The jury is still out on color choices. Suggestions?
The other night I went out for a run and Kevin tackled the paper. We were chatting when I came home and the subject of Easter and spring break came up. Then we had an amazing discovery.....this coming Easter comes AFTER April 15th!!!! Are you as stunned as we were when we realized we could actually take a trip during Kieran's spring break (which would be the following week)!!!! We both immediately started thinking of all the possibilities...... Oh the places we could go! Suggestions and/or recommendations?
