Kieran at The Dome

Kevin, Kieran, & Keenan were all pretty excited last night.

They all got up early, dressed in Carolina blue, and headed out the door before the sun came up.

This morning UNC Men's Basketball was holding a holiday hoops clinic and Kevin was taking Kieran.

Here are the players & coaches leading the kids through some stretching.

Can you find Kieran?

(Just look below Hubert's elbow...)

Notice his grin as P.J. Hairston walks by...

Still stretching & watching James, Tokoto, and Hubert Davis...

 Working on shooting with Tokoto...
This was back on the players practice court.  Kevin was pretty excited to check it out!

Question and answer with P.J. Hairston.  Kieran's in the front row.  He said he couldn't think of anything to ask P.J.--one of his favorite players & think he was struck mute.  A shame since P.J. is from the 'Boro.

Taking a shot with Marcus Paige.

Listening to some words of wisdom from Hubert Davis.

Going up for a dunk (that rimmed out) in front of P.J..

Listening to P.J. and Reggie Bullock (another favorite player) call a drill.

 Taking a shot...

 And getting Roy Williams autograph.

He'll be talking about this for days. (So will Kevin.)
I asked Kieran what he thought about meeting the players & coaches.  He said it was awesome & the players were "giants".
Well worth the early morning.
