A Full Plate

What a busy week!
Here's a brief run down of what's been going on:
Kieran is enjoying school. We still have to figure out who's taking him over each day (more on that in a minute), but hopefully we can get some type of routine in place soon.
Keenan is anxiously awaiting the start of preschool (so am I), but we still have another week until that begins. Once it does start, it will mean a bit more juggling on my part to pick up kids (Kieran's kindergarten is only a half day).
Kevin is in the midst of his training for the Marathon in November. Starting in September, the training really picks up a bit and so do his miles each week. To add to the mix, my training officially begins tomorrow for the Half Marathon I'll be running the same day. Thankfully there are only two days during the week where we both need to run, but we need to sit down and figure out how to make it all work......
And to add to the chaos here.....
did I mention we got another dog?
Yup.
Say hello to dog number three--Flopsy.
She's a five month old bassett that we've had for a little over a week now. She's starting to catch on to our routine and fit in with S'Baka and Wallace. (We had to get a jingle bell for her so she would stop "sidling" up to S'Baka and scaring her.) The boys love her (as long as she's not trying to steal any of their matchbox cars). She's about out of the chewing stage, but I figure any toys lost to her can be a lesson learned in picking up after yourself. Thankfully she's doing pretty well with the housetraining (much easier than potty training a kid....).
I think the plate is full. How about you?
