A run with friends

Last fall Kieran decided he wanted to run the Valentine's Massacre Marathon Relay.

So he talked to Kevin, three of his other good friends, and Kevin talked to their Dad's.

And they put a team together.

This past Sunday was the race.

February weather in N.C. can be very unpredictable.

That day was no exception.

Rain was in the forecast...along with unseasonably warm temperatures.

Thankfully another family had a tent to use, and everyone brought extra clothes and towels.

 And it was a good thing.

 Thankfully the rain only hung around during the first couple of legs of the relay.

 They hung out, cheered each other on, and had fun.

So thankful for these friends and their families.
Congrats to them all.
