So yesterday was St. Patrick's Day.
And between school, work, soccer practice, and tax season, we didn't do much.
So tonite Kevin came home for dinner and we had:
corned beef
colcannon
irish cheese
soda bread
and a choice of desserts.
The boys enjoyed some banoffe pie while Kevin & I had some chocolate stout cake.
Delish
And done.
