The boys had both wound up in our bed the night before after a thunderstorm. And so did our Scottie, Wallace.
Wallace is my little tough guy (S'Baka's heart belongs to Kevin, think Flopsy's just happy to be here). He's twenty-five pounds of protector. Our sentry for anything in or around our yard (don't get him started on squirrels). True to his scottie heritage his is fiercely loyal to our family and close friends, otherwise he will ignore you. Don't take it personally, that's just how he rolls. But underneath his tough guy demeanor he has a few weaknesses.
Thunderstorms and flying insects (mosquitoes and flies in particular).
Yesterday he was on edge because of the weather. Then we had a fly in the house.
My poor brave defender turned into a piece of cling wrap that wouldn't come off. He followed me to the bathroom, the shower, and everywhere I went. Thankfully around lunch time the fly was taken care of. And all was well in Wallace's world.** we're getting a new lens for our camera, hopefully sooner rather than later!!!
