When Kevin and I were in Ireland we enjoyed a yummy dessert called Banoffee.
A lot of banoffee.
It's a tasty creation of sweet cream, bananas, carmel, and cookies.
Now I've introduced the boys to it.
Sort of.
I cheat a bit (hope I don't offend any Irish!). Some day soon I'll make the real thing, but for now this makes us all happy.
(crushed graham crackers, sliced bananas, some whipped cream, and a drizzle of carmel)
