That was where the name Kieran ranked in popularity in the U.S. in 2004.
As of last year it had moved up to 530.
When Kevin & I found out I was pregnant (with Kieran) we decided to keep the name a secret until he was born (much to the dismay & consternation of my sis).
We did a good job too.
All we told was that it would be an Irish name.
Then on May 1, 2004 Kieran finally made his debut.
During my pregnancy I took a fantastic prenatal yoga class.
After Kieran was born I checked in with my yoga instructor to tell her about delivery & his name.
Then she told me another girl from my class had her son about a week after Kieran.
You'll never guess what his name is.
That's right--Kieran.
Even spelled the same.
I wondered how long it would take in a city our size for our path to cross with the other Kieran.
Five years.
He's been coming to Kieran's Sunday school class.
What are the odds?
