Full Week

Our first full week of school was hot.

So hot Kieran's practices all got moved to evening.

Still hot, but more shaded.  (and Keenan & I know since we ran at a couple practices with them.)

Tuesday was a massive high school meet.

We got to cheer on a good friend of ours, then Kieran got ready for his turn.

It was an unofficial meet for them, but good experience.

 It was a longer distance than his normal meet, and he did well.
Even though he was not thrilled with his time.

 Thursday I sent the boys off to school with Kevin, got ready for work and went on my merry way.
Picked up Keenan later, then as we were riding home he told me he had to borrow a pair of shorts from the office because he "got a little hole in his."
We rode on home & I told him to show me at home so I could fix it.
Um...... yeah.....  no fixing that.

Somehow this happened after he got out of Kevin's car, and before they finished morning assembly.
Thankfully some wonderful teachers, assistants, and staff came to his aid.
With some loaner shorts.
