At Home

Summer is winding down.

School begins for us next week.

And this week my boys just want to be at home.

Playing with their toys, legos, riding bikes, playing uno, and watching some "Shark Week."

Homebodies.

And I love it.

We have had no requests to go do something, no requests for playdates (not that there is anything wrong with either of those options), and it has been wonderful.

Much needed especially after the last few crazy, stressful, hectic months.

Toys are spread out along the stairs & upstairs hallway and I don't really care.

Boys are playing, not bickering (much) and it is so nice.

Eventually it will get cleaned up & put away.
Probably after Kevin or I have stepped on a teeny-tiny Lego piece again for the 43rd time....but for now it is all fine.
